You may request a refund for any purchase within 30 days of the original transaction date – no questions asked. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from 8020japanese.com.

  • Digital content: If you request a refund for a purchase that includes digital content, access to the digitial content will be revoked once the refund has been processed.
  • Physical Books: If you request a refund for a purchase that includes a physical book, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. We will ensure that the process is hassle-free and comes at no or minimal additional cost to you.
  • Partial refunds: If you are unsatisifed with only some of the items included in your purchase, you may request a partial refund within the same 30-day period as applies full refunds. In such cases, we will adjust your order and refund the full difference between the package you purchased and the package containing the items you wish to keep. That is, we will ensure that you only pay the same total amount as if you had purchased the lesser package in the first place.
